A Charlotte native with over 23 years of experience in real estate, Jim oversees the overall strategy and vision of the company, while also working with most of our seller clients and leading our Luxury Division. Jim has a passion for teaching and mentoring other agents, and is currently pursuing accreditation as a Keller Williams University faculty member and teaching around the country at other Keller Williams offices. When Jim isn’t working, you’ll find him snow skiing, hiking, playing golf, spending time with Beth and their three children and two grandchildren, and checking out great new restaurants in the Charlotte area.

Beth joined Jim in the real estate business after raising their children, spending several years in the banking industry, and coaching middle school and high school girls’ basketball. Beth’s area of focus is working with many of our buyer clients. A former standout on the Wake Forest University Women’s Basketball team, Beth was recently inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. When Beth isn’t working, you can find her coaching CrossFit, hiking, traveling, playing golf, spending time with her family, and going to great Charlotte restaurants with Jim.

Jordan joined Fagan Realty Group as a licensed Broker/REALTOR® after spending several years in sales strategy for a California wine and spirits conglomerate. Jordan ranks in the 1% of agents in the Charlotte MLS of over 22,000 agents (2023) and works closely with our buyers as well as investment clients. Jordan graduated from Furman University with degrees in Sustainability and Economics. He also earned a Masters in Science of Business Management from Wake Forest University. Jordan is married to Emily, and they have two children, Conrad and Winifred. He loves collecting wine, road cycling, spending time with friends, and hiking.

Samantha Kontz is joining our team as a new agent. Originally from Felton, Delaware, Sam graduated from Salisbury University where she completed her undergrad and MBA. She moved to Charlotte just over a year ago, and loves exploring her new city! She loves North Carolina and is thrilled to begin her Real Estate career. We are excited to have you on our team!

Staci has been in the real estate business for 10 years and is CEO of Closing Ninjas. She steps in to serve our clients once they go under contract on the purchase or sale of their home, coordinating every last detail with a smile to bring everyone to a smooth closing. Staci loves spending time with friends and her dog, Tootie!

Emily manages our marketing and event planning to bring our clients up-to-date information and great experiences. Emily is from Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Education. After moving to Charlotte, she taught in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Union County Public Schools for a combined total of 4 years. Emily has experience in marketing, social media management and small business relationships in her time working for Orangetheory Fitness. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and trying her hand at floral arrangements.

Paula Nicole Kaum is one of our Administrative Assistants based in the Philippines. With nearly a decade of experience working for various US companies, she decided to embark on a new professional journey as an Administrative Assistant, a role she finds immensely fulfilling. Dedication and teamwork are at the core of Paula's professional ethos. Beyond the confines of work, she steps into the cherished roles of a devoted mom and a loving wife.
